Shital Parikh, MD

Shital Parikh, MD, is a professor of orthopaedic surgery at University of Cincinnati School of Medicine and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Parikh is trained in pediatric orthopaedics, sports medicine, and trauma sub-specialties, and he provides a wide array of specialized care for pediatric and adolescent, sports and trauma-related injuries. He has been the recipient of ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine) Patellofemoral Fellowship Award 2013-2014. He has published extensively in the field of Pediatric Sports Medicine and Trauma Surgery, including a book on Pediatric ACL. He has been on the editorial board of Orthopaedic Clinics of North America and Orthopaedics Today. He has presented at various national and international meetings and is involved in teaching activities at courses and annual conferences and has organized several international surgical mission trips.

Biography

Being fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Trauma sub-specialties, Dr Parikh offers a wide array of specialized care for pediatric and adolescent, sports and trauma-related injuries.
